The Széll Kálmán International Scientific Student Association is a talent development community that provides motivated and ambitious students with opportunities to expand their knowledge and build professional connections. The mission of the Student Association is to support students’ scientific work, research activities, and international professional engagement.

Our community is guided by the principles of Smart Network, Deep Knowledge, and Infinite Opportunities. Smart Network represents the collaborative professional community and the network of connections built among students. The Student Association operates on a student-driven organizational model and forms a multicultural community: both Hungarian and international students are active members, and a significant part of our programs is conducted in English.

Deep Knowledge emphasizes research, academic workshops, and the development of professional competencies. Our activities include professional lectures, workshops, research opportunities, and community events that help members gain up-to-date knowledge, practical experience, and valuable professional connections.

Infinite Opportunities refers to the wide range of opportunities offered by the Student Association – from participation in scientific competitions and conferences to involvement in international professional collaborations.

The goal of the Student Association is to build a professional community where students can develop their scientific ambitions, inspire one another, and prepare for future careers as researchers and professional leaders.
